Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the liquidity management and revenue management of Douyin Payment reserve funds, build the payment company account accounting system, achieve the reserve fund verification and validation goals, and prepare fund operation analysis reports 2. Responsible for the verification of Douyin Payment customers and channels, and monitor the security of Douyin Payment and customer funds responsible for the configuration and management of customer and channel clearing and settlement rules, and ensure the accuracy of customer and channel billing and settlement and settlement process 3. According to the new business scenarios, sort out the workflow of clearing, reconciliation, settlement and provision verification, and complete the verification and processing of error accounts 4. Responsible for the monthly financial settlement of Douyin Payment, ensure the consistency of payment business and financial data, and build a financial income and cost analysis dashboard 5. Familiar with the internal control and compliance management mechanism of funds, sort out, formulate and check the clearing and settlement and accounting processes of payment companies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in Internet product operation 2. Have operational experience in clearing and settlement, provision management, accounting and other payment-related industries 3. Familiar with financial policies, have the ability to sort out and promote the implementation of complex product requirements, and have experience in building fund data models and analytical decision-making 4. Rich industry perspective, able to independently operate fund management projects, target-oriented, with strong self-drive and stress resistance.
