Douyin Platform Product Operation - Content Governance Platform

1. Responsible for the operation of the Douyin content governance platform, deeply understand the platform risks and governance logic, and independently formulate and implement operation plans based on the platform product goals and governance business characteristics 2. Based on the understanding of products and businesses, go deep into various governance scenarios, explore user needs and pain points, work closely with product development and horizontal partners, and promote and implement product solutions that meet user needs 3. Effectively collect platform user feedback, combine business data to discover potential needs, actively link business expansion usage scenarios, continuously improve security product capabilities, and optimize user experience.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of product operation related work experience, those with risk control product and governance product operation experience are preferred 2. Willing to think and summarize, have fast learning ability, and have the ability to quickly digest business demands and transform them into feasible product solutions 3. Excellent cross-departmental collaboration ability, strong execution, responsible for results, data sensitive and have a certain ability to withstand pressure.
