1. Responsible for the Douyin copyright platform, support the rapid development of Douyin's entertainment business, formulate product strategies, be goal-oriented, coordinate resources to promote strategy launch, connect with products and R&D, and effectively promote the implementation of security strategy work 2. Establish and continuously iterate model identification strategies, formulate model usage strategies according to business scenarios, and be responsible for the model's recall effect 3. Design an audit mechanism, decompose the audit details, and be responsible for the audit efficiency and quality 4. Design key indicators and online dashboards to conduct mechanism-based observations on ecological security content 5. Establish an effect tracking and evaluation mechanism, be responsible for the results of the promoted projects, and be able to effectively accept and review the situation after the strategy is launched.

1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in strategic thinking, good logical ability, good at data analysis, target decomposition and implementation 2. Those with experience in model strategy formulation and implementation are preferred strong stress resistance, able to deliver stably in a large number of users and fast-paced scenarios, have a good sense of communication and collaboration, and can effectively promote cross-team cooperation 3.
