Douyin Project Management - Virtual Interaction

1. Responsible for the project/resource management of virtual live broadcast business formulate project plans and sort out resource requirements according to business goals, reasonably allocate resources, track progress, manage risks, promote the implementation of goals, and be responsible for project results 2. Actively discover and analyze common problems in teams/businesses/projects, predict and manage risks, promote standardized solutions and process improvements, and enhance organizational effectiveness 3. Work closely with cross-functional teams (including R&D, design, art, procurement, finance, law, tax, etc.) to coordinate resources and solve problems.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years or more of project management experience 2. Good project management skills, business understanding and planning ability, familiar with 3D asset production and supply chain management processes is preferred 3. Good at communication and problem solving, strong self-drive, able to proactively identify/analyze/solve problems, and be responsible for the results.
