Douyin Search AI Model Strategy Operation - AI Search Direction

1. Responsible for the model training standards and corpus production of Douyin AI search model data (text, multimodal, etc.), and output reasonable and accurate annotation rules and evaluation standards according to the algorithm training direction 2. Link the corpus annotation team to deliver high-quality corpus, and improve the quality and efficiency of the annotation delivery corpus through performance, training, etc. 3. Responsible for the inspection and acceptance of data quality, formulate data quality standards, form a standardized process, and ensure that data quality meets the requirements through problem summary and standard optimization precipitation annotation skill tree 4. In-depth research on industry trends, explore high-quality data sources, evaluate the gain of each source on model performance, and support model quality improvement.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of strategy/product operation work experience, AI-related experience is preferred 2. Familiar with large model capabilities, able to define what is good corpus data, and have a deep understanding of content quality 3. Have good logical and language skills, and can efficiently understand and summarize data features 4. Have good communication skills and be able to independently take charge of complex projects with cross-team collaboration.
