Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of Douyin AIGC generation security and AIGC content governance strategy system, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement the governance process mechanism of problem discovery, definition, identification, disposal, and communication 2. Discover and feature the risks of various AI scenarios in Douyin, and design identification strategies through algorithm models, behaviors, consumption and other signals 3. Based on the understanding of risks, conduct in-depth analysis of content features, behavioral characteristics, consumption paths, user portraits and intentions, design content disposal strategies and continuously iterate and update 4. Plan business directions and goals, produce optimization ideas with long-term value, do a good job in project priority management, and promote cross-departmental collaboration.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with content experience preferred, with security, content strategy, and ecological strategy operation experience preferred, and computer and software engineering background preferred 2. Strong logic, with certain data analysis capabilities, able to identify problems and formulate strategies through data analysis 3. Have a passion for content security and ecological governance, have the ability to judge content, and be able to judge the security risks therein 4. Have a certain understanding of the principles of large models, be familiar with the typical application scenarios of large models, and be passionate about AIGC.
