Douyin Special Effects Content Operation Manager

1. Responsible for special effects content and product operations, and responsible for special effects submission indicators 2. Based on the core population, explore users creative motivations and creative needs, and work closely with the team to promote efficient creation of special effects/templates and other gameplay 3. Through content strategies, activities and other means, monitor data indicators such as content supply and conversion, and increase the scale of submissions 4. Have judgment on content and hot topics, be able to study special effects content trends and user consumption habits, and quickly capture hot topics on various social platforms.

1. More than 2 years of experience in Internet operations, those with video/picture design or content strategy, material, and effect operation experience are preferred 2. Familiar with the content industry and the mainstream content platform ecology, have a sense of the Internet, and be sensitive to current popular information on the Internet 3. Good at communication and cooperation, have strong self-drive and sense of responsibility, be proactive, and have certain stress resistance and data analysis capabilities.
