Douyin Special Effects Product Manager - Special Effects Tools

1. Responsible for the product iteration and design of special effects creation tools, and responsible for business indicators 2. Develop project plans and milestones, collaborate on design, R&D, and testing, and promote the ultimate implementation of product solutions 3. Combined with user scenarios, conduct in-depth research on the special effects production process and special effects-related technology trends, and transform them into feasible product solutions.

1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with short video platform/special effects field 2. Have independent project execution experience, be able to analyze and understand user needs, define benefits and action items 3. Good communication and collaboration skills, extreme driving force and certain pressure resistance, and focus on measurable output 4. Understand the principles of 3D design rendering engine, and be familiar with special effects design software such as C4D, 3DMax, Maya, AE, etc. is preferred 5. Understand the principles of visual programming is preferred 6. Experience in mobile/PC editing/video editing and other tools is preferred.
