Douyin Special Effects User Product Manager - Submission Direction

1. Responsible for the product chain iteration and design of Douyin's special effects, templates and other materials and submission functions, and be responsible for business indicators 2. Develop project plans and milestones, collaborate on design, R&D, and testing, and promote the ultimate implementation of product solutions 3. Combined with user scenarios, in-depth research on the behavioral characteristics and demand content of users using materials, and transform them into feasible product solutions.

1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with short video platform/special effects field is preferred, experience in mobile/PC editing/video editing and other tools is preferred 2. Experience in independent project execution, able to analyze and understand user needs, define benefits and action items 3. Have reasonable thinking, judgment and decision-making in the face of complex business scenarios 4. Good communication and coordination skills, extreme driving force and certain stress resistance, strong sense of purpose.
