Douyin User Operations Manager - Picture and Text

1. Responsible for attracting new users for the Douyin independent community, formulate and promote the implementation of effective new user acquisition strategies 2. In-depth insight into user demand scenarios, match corresponding content strategies to stimulate user interest, establish user awareness of the community, and attract user conversions 3. Identify key areas for attracting new users, design attractive activities or cooperation methods around user interests, and bring large-scale user growth.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in user growth/marketing activities/cross-industry cooperation, enthusiasm and curiosity for content communities those interested in photography are preferred 2. Master the basic methodology of user operations, have a good understanding of content, and have strong user empathy 3. Be sensitive to data, have good data analysis skills, insist on data-driven and result-oriented 4. Have good internal and external collaboration and expression skills, strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, good stress resistance, and be able to maintain efficient execution and work rhythm.
