Responsibilities
1. Author Operation: Responsible for the operation of Douyin culture (intangible cultural heritage, material cultural heritage, calligraphy, Chinese painting, tea ceremony, antique collection, etc.) vertical category creators, responsible for the scale of high-quality authors in key vertical tracks, contribution promotion, content quality rate and other indicators deeply understand the demands of vertical category creators, and continuously improve the content investment and business willingness of creators on the platform 2. Event Operation: Responsible for the planning and launch of hot events and theme events in the vertical category of Douyin culture, and through cross-border co-creation, clue mining, content trend insights and other means, to achieve talent training, hot product creation, and improve category awareness 3. Horizontal cooperation: Promote/undertake cross-departmental project cooperation, coordinate internal and external resources, and implement online and offline activities of node events to realize the personal value of core creators and category value.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of user operation work experience, traditional media, market and other backgrounds are preferred 2. Like content: Like traditional culture, can actively discover and understand content trends, circle culture, industry dynamics, creative, and have event planning capabilities 3. Excellent ability: extroverted personality, active thinking, clear logic concise and organized oral and written desk work 4. Mature mind: Have strong stress resistance and environmental adaptability, team spirit, and strong communication and coordination skills.
