Douyin Vertical Category Operations Manager - Sports and Fitness

1. Responsible for the vertical operation of sports and fitness, able to independently complete multi-dimensional analysis of the business, through quantitative and qualitative analysis, to explore the key issues of sports and fitness user consumption experience and creators, and form business strategies and solutions 2. Achieve business growth through author operation, content planning, event planning, author monetization collaboration and other methods 3. Promote cross-departmental project cooperation, coordinate resources inside and outside the site, and implement online and offline activities for node events.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in operating content platforms or community platforms, experience in the sports and fitness industry is preferred 2. Have a deep understanding of author operations, and have work methods or experience that can be accumulated or reused 3. Strong learning ability, strong self-drive, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and certain stress resistance, willing to accept challenges.
