Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the e-commerce section of the Douyin APP search function, and responsible for the user experience and conversion data of the e-commerce related search section 2. Responsible for the operation of the e-commerce search industry operation part, specifically responsible for the goal achievement and search penetration improvement of a certain industry, including demand follow-up, effect evaluation, experimental analysis, marketing activity planning, search efficiency improvement, etc., responsible for the overall data of the industry, and those with experience in standard products-FMCG/durable consumer goods, non-standard-apparel operation are preferred 3. Have insight into the product structure of the industry, combine the situation of Douyin live broadcast pallets and shelf pallets, explore industry supply clues, and promote the completion of industry supply 4. Collaborate with production and research to improve the search efficiency and conversion efficiency of the industry, including supply, front-end, strategy, etc., and be responsible for formulating special improvement plans such as marketing planning and new products to improve the overall data of the industry and search 5. Responsible for the alignment and application of various rules of Douyin e-commerce in search scenarios, and be responsible for accuracy and rationality.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant work experience in Internet e-commerce search operation/product operation/industry operation, etc., and experience in user operation is preferred 2. Have some understanding of the basic functions, concepts, and logic of e-commerce search, and have worked in product operation, user operation, and marketing operation is preferred 3. Have good data sensitivity and business sensitivity, good data analysis ability, and can formulate optimization plans and implement them based on the current business and data status 4. Have good project management, process building and implementation capabilities, have experience in independent project responsibility, and strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills 5. Have a strong willingness to learn and work enthusiasm, and be able to adapt to a fast work pace.
