Offtake and P&L Accountability: Leverage media tools to achieve offtake target and be responsible for budget and P&L management

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

eCommerce & Performance Marketing
- eCommerce Team Digital Media Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital strategies to drive offtake growth and achieve set up KPI to align with eComm team sales target.
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch and optimize digital campaigns across Shopee, momo, ET MALL, etc.. (FB CPAS, Google SEO, social media and onsite media) by monitoring KPIs such as CTR%, ROAS, and CVR%.
- Media Content Creation: Work with media agencies and region teams to develop and adapt media communication content across channels ensuring brand consistency and align with eComm team business objectives.
- Digital Shelf OptimizationOptimize digital shelf performance to ensure product availability, share of search, rating & review, and product integrity achieving set up goal
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of media and make data-driven decisions.

- Offtake Achievement: Leverage media tools such as FB CPAS and Search to achieve set up KPI of ROAS and offtake target.
- Budget and P&L Accountability: Manage digital marketing A&P budget to meet eComm P&L target ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- New Media Research & Sharing: Monthly sharing on new media trend, competitive landscape, and shoppers insights

Education/ Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Possesses 3+ years eCommerce or digital marketing experience.
- Google tool function: Sheet, Slide and Docs
- Owning furry pets is a huge plus.
