Responsibilities
1. Discover the key issues that currently affect the C-end content consumption experience or the B-end content creation ecology, and demonstrate and quantify the impact by combining data strategies to help further determine the degree of satisfaction of the user's needs, and complete the characterization of indicators and quantification of the impact of the problem 2. Have an in-depth understanding of the recommendation mechanism process and the basic principles of the algorithm, collaborate with the recommendation algorithm team to complete strategy iteration and effect verification, and continuously improve user experience and content distribution efficiency collaborate on operational activities/function iterations to enhance user submission enthusiasm and promote the diversified development of the content ecosystem 3. Have an in-depth understanding of the community ecosystem, have user empathy, amplify the value of differentiated content, enhance the sense of community discussion, and accurately distribute content, further enhance users deep interactive participation in the community, and continuously optimize the community atmosphere 4. Plan directions and goals, and produce optimization ideas with long-term value do a good job in project priority management, promote cross-departmental collaboration, obtain resources and support, ensure that optimization can be implemented, improve user satisfaction and expand the community moat.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, mathematics/statistics/economics is preferred, with solid data analysis ability and strong logical ability, it is better if you have done recommendation before 2. Have a good understanding of content, at least a deep user of a major video platform, it is better if you are a creator 3. Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination, project management and promotion capabilities 4. Strong stress resistance, strong self-drive, responsible for work, and always maintain passion, vitality and creativity.
