About the Role

To obtain the most competitive prices, the sourcing manager needs to understand market trends and competitive environments. The role needs to understand the products and services available in the market, as well as the procurement strategies of his/her competitors. This will help WNC make informed procurement decisions to obtain the most competitive prices.

What You'll Achieve

You will be an important member of our global procurement team, dedicated to leading the sourcing team to help WNC achieve maximum profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sourcing team, familiar with the industry's supply chain and ecosystem.
• Strengthen the management function of Sourcing and Fulfill Function, implement the company's procurement policy and cost down initiatives.
• Possess the ability to manage and integrate suppliers, as well as the ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies. Execute supplier evaluations and regular supply chain management and assessments.
• Coordinate and integrate matters related to procurement operations (including communication and coordination with related departments and integration of resources).

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in relevant major.
• At least 5 years of management experience
• Familiar with passive components, fluent in English
• Familiar with industry dynamics and relevant policies, good at handling exceptions and cost control
