The Role
- Provide EV power train PCBA circuit design improvement solutions for cost optimization and production optimization.
- Based on PCBA production process to analyze and improve production line yield.
- Lead failure analyses and experiments to propose design revisions and solutions.
- EE components create and approval.
Required
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience. At least a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Electrical engineering technology development
- Digital and analog circuit analysis and design
- Familiar with the PCBA design and development, production, bug tracking
- Power electronic design, development, and production experience
- Good written and spoken skills in both English and Mandarin
Preferred
- Design experience of EV PCBA
- Good foundation in electronics, circuit, and electromagnetic theory
- Have actual mass production experience in automotive electronics
- Experience with DFMEA, DOE, Six Sigma, TA, or other structured problem-solving methodologies
- Characteristics of communication, coordination, patience, and attentiveness
