Job Description
- Develop and optimize embedded software for NVIDIA Jetson-based devices, ensuring reliable performance.
- Set up and manage OTA updates to maintain and upgrade deployed camera systems.
- Collaborate with camera software to capture, process, and analyze real-time video streams effectively.
- Create Python applications to handle core system functions such as data handling, device management, and user interaction.
- Establish secure and efficient software deployment processes for seamless field updates.
- Continuously explore and integrate new advancements in embedded systems to enhance project development.
- Work closely with hardware suppliers to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes.
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of experience in embedded systems development, particularly on Linux-based platforms.
- Strong background in Python programming, with additional familiarity in Docker, JavaScript, and C/C++.
- Extensive knowledge of network protocols, IoT technologies, and device communication.
- Practical experience working with embedded computing modules like the NVIDIA Jetson platform.
- Proficient in software deployment methods and tools specific to embedded systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
- Clear communicator and team player, dedicated to meeting project objectives.
- Familiarity with PLC operations, related protocols, and hardware debugging is a valuable addition.
