Engineer, OSS Engineering

Your Role

.Monitor OSS systems to ensure optimalsystemperformance and uptime

.Act as a technical resource and point of escalation and help to identifyand troubleshootsystemsissues, coordinating with other teams as needed to resolve issues promptly

.Implement changes to the OSS systems to improvesystemperformance and efficiency

.Implement proactiveand continuousmeasuresto maintain the stability of the OSSsystem

.Collaborate with the Engineering team to plan and execute system upgrades and expansions

.Create and maintainsystem documentation, includingsystemdiagrams, processes, and procedures

.Supportsystemautomation initiatives and help develop scripts and tools to automate network operations

.Adhereto company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity

.Provide emergency support outside of regular office hours and be available to work weekends or nights for maintenance or platform upgrades when necessary

To Success in the Role

.Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

.1-2yearsofworking experience in RAN and OSS network operations

.Understanding of LTE/5G RANand OSS systems and protocols

.Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools

.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

.Familiar withscripting languages such as Python or Perl

.Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

.Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
