Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance diagnosis of the factory, identification and exploration of opportunities to create value. Organize and promote continuous improvement projects and plans, including process, efficiency, capacity, cost, quality, etc., to ensure continuous improvement of operational performance.
• Promote the capacity development of the operation team and the construction of a culture of continuous improvement.
• As the PPE role for factory improvement, responsible for process safety and process improvement, ensuring that IP/MOC is carried out in an orderly manner and that various actions are completed on time.
• Serve as the host of CI for HNC China factory, responsible for various CI activities of the operation team, and report regularly to the headquarters.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of the automation system

We hope you have

• A bachelor's degree or above, or related qualifications.
• Have experience in factory improvement and good communication skills.
• Have good office automation and SAP operation skills and good English reading, writing and basic speaking skills
