Responsibilities
Team introduction: Feishu KA Customer Success team is the first consulting team in the industry that focuses on enterprise efficiency improvement, based on Feishu to help customers complete digital transformation and upgrading. Through in-depth diagnosis and analysis of organizational structure, business process, communication and collaboration and other scenarios, tailor-made best practices for overall efficiency improvement for customers, and become the most valuable partner in enterprise digital construction. 1. Industry business experts, who can comprehensively sort out and diagnose the complex business of industry customers, combine Feishu to create industry practices, set industry benchmarks, and form industry influence 2. Provide medium and large customers with consulting services related to business efficiency improvement, Identify customers key business scenarios, determine solutions and implementation plans, and use Feishu and related tools to improve organizational efficiency for customers. Be able to smoothly start, promote, land and review projects, and complete the staged goals of the customer's Feishu project 3. Dialogue with high-level customers to ensure that the high-level customers have a clear perception of the value of Feishu products 4. Precipitate industry solutions and have replicable sex.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, rich experience in management consulting, IT consulting and digital transformation implementation in the automobile manufacturing industry 2. Proficient in enterprises Business efficiency improvement/business digital transformation and other consulting and implementation methods have strong insight and understanding of the industry 3. Cooperate with the team to complete the performance improvement of medium and large-scale customer business scenarios, and combine Feishu and related tools to provide customers with solutions and implement them 4. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong thirst for knowledge, abundant energy, and excellent teamwork ability 5. Excellent interpersonal and high-level dialogue skills, able to establish long-term and stable cooperative relations with customer high-level Certain industry business plan document writing ability.
