It allows people who understand the business to quickly build applications that meet business needs without development, helping business personnel maximize their self-value liberate R&D personnel from inefficient and repetitive work, and change inefficient R&D models connect enterprise data, reduce data silos, and let enterprises take the initiative in rapid innovation. 1. Establish and maintain long-term and effective cooperative relationships with customers, and provide planning suggestions on how to support the business in application research and development to customers mid- and senior-level managers and core roles through professional knowledge and industry insights, output product influence, and become a work partner that customers can trust and rely on 2. Identify key application scenarios, determine solutions, and promote customers to make in-depth use of low-code/AI large model products to support the business 3. Focus on the successful delivery and continuous service of strategic customers, and improve the service efficiency of the team 4. Continue to maintain enthusiasm for learning new technologies, new products, and new markets. Based on benchmark customer scenarios, work closely with production research, implementation, solutions, and pre-sales teams to continuously accumulate and precipitate customer success cases and industry best practices to help Feishu aPaaS achieve commercial success.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, background in science and engineering, with successful experience in low-code or development platform after-sales customer service 2. Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and strong teamwork skills are preferred 3. Good learning ability, able to adapt to the ability to learn new products in a short period of time, and those with experience in software project delivery/AI product delivery are preferred 4. Excellent customer communication and relationship building capabilities, able to quickly establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships and communication channels with mid- and senior-level management and core roles of customer companies.
