This role is the lead customer account owner, and global customer team leader. Drives Total Value Delivery and enterprise-wide solutions plan for CUSTOMER NAME. Owns the development of the CUSTOMER global growth strategy and leads the Enterprise Solutions Division Leads to determine how to activate the strategy through local execution. In this high-impact, highly visible role, you'll strategize, manage, and grow CUSTOMER's global growth. Combine understanding of customers business, needs and industry trends with the ability to align, influence, and lead internal teams to drive growth for the GROUP and Ecolab. Represents Ecolab as the key account relationship leader at the CUSTOMER's C-Suite and Executive Operational Levels.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the assigned strategic customer to drive partnerships that deliver top and bottom-line growth and increased market share for Ecolab, as well as protecting the Ecolab partnership in customers oversea expanding, with an exponential return on investment for the customer.
- Leverage Ecolab Executives and leaders to build and develop Enterprise-to-Enterprise relationships throughout the assigned customer's organization, both in customers headquarter market and overseas relationship.
- Manage the customer P&L to create and deliver annual business plans (desired state as master data is refined)
- Set goals, identify approaches, lead and coach a team of high performing Global Solution Leads to meet growth & profitability plans every year.
- Leverage strategic planning process to drive workforce and talent plans with Divisions and Markets to ensure effective and efficient delivery of Ecolab's value proposition to the assigned customer.
- Lead the process to negotiate commercial terms for while ensuring alignment with Ecolab's markets, legal, and finance teams.
- Partner with division and functional leads to and alignment on critical initiatives to achieve Ecolab's strategic goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
10 years sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership acumen
Demonstrated value-based sales leadership skills
Experienced in TSMC management
