Job Responsibilities
PLC Engineer:
1. Responsible for equipment PLC optimization and automation import management
2. Improve process technology
3. Manage and train assistant engineers to improve their skills
4. Responsible for the timely handling of major equipment issues and quality issues
5. Responsible for abnormal analysis and formulation of improvement plans
6. Responsible for the review and setup of new production lines and new equipment.
Equipment Engineer:
1. Responsible for the programming and debugging of related test equipment
2. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of relevant management regulations for test equipment
3. Responsible for the operation training of production line personnel
4. Optimize and improve test procedures, as well as establish and revise operation standard documents
5. Timely handle equipment anomalies and common problems encountered during the production process
6. Optimize related procedures during the production process to improve production capacity.
Integration Engineer:
1. Responsible for the summary of major abnormality investigation and improvement reports of mass production in the factory
2. Responsible for mass production defect FA analysis, identification and judgment, and summary of abnormality verification reports
3. Responsible for customer data docking, defect analysis and yield control
4. Responsible for signing defect limit samples, promoting internal control samples and customer signed samples.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
More than three years of relevant work experience in the same industry
Required major: Unlimited
