Job Responsibilities
1. Planning, technical review, and implementation of automation technology systems for new COBMINILED/SMT related production lines to achieve automation and stabilization of production lines. Mainly includes the clarification of requirements such as Layout drawing and TT calculation technical review and evaluation of Inline equipment such as AGV, upper and lower panels, Robot, and track transmission review and promotion of factory business such as process conditions and UT equipment M/I, Setup system implementation and other businesses
2. Responsible for daily maintenance and troubleshooting of automation technology equipment dualization of spare parts and inventory minimization of automation technology system, autonomous maintenance, autonomous transformation equipment inspection, and equipment operation data statistics
3. Responsible for equipment operation optimization, data statistical analysis, logic improvement, technical data writing, etc. of automation technology equipment to ensure stable operation of equipment responsible for improving equipment technical documents and publishing technical improvement proposals
4. Carry out safety management of automation technology equipment and operators, and complete equipment spare parts management and other tasks
5. Responsible for the preparation of equipment fault reports and the writing of equipment fault handling procedures
Qualifications
Education level: Bachelor degree
Work experience:
1. More than 2 years of automation-related work experience, preferably with experience in new factory construction
2. More than 1 year of COBMiniLED/SMT-related work experience, familiar with the ProcessFlow corresponding to COBMINILED
3. Other requirements: Excellent language expression, strong communication skills, good health, positive attitude, serious and responsible attitude towards work, and strong sense of teamwork. Able to adapt to the climate of Zhuhai, Guangdong
Required majors: Automation, electrical engineering and automation, mechanical design and automation, communication engineering, electronic information engineering, control theory and control engineering, computer, industrial engineering, machinery

Language requirements:
1. Understand basic English and be able to operate equipment with English interface
