Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the evaluation growth related work of Douyin Life Service, including evaluation promotion links, growth strategies, incentive systems, etc., and responsible for the growth of user evaluation scale 2. Focusing on the evaluation growth goal, explore the needs of users in different life cycles, integrate the marketing capabilities of various coupons, systematically design evaluation promotion functions and strategies, and iterate differently for different industries and scenarios 3. Build a complete user review incentive system, explore innovative ways to promote reviews, and increase the scale of review writing in a targeted manner 4. Collaborate with industry, R&D, algorithm, design, operation and other teams to implement the plan, obtain knowledge through experimental verification and data analysis, and continuously iterate.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of Internet product experience, with experience in local life or e-commerce industry evaluation, user growth, creator growth, and marketing products preferred 2. Have excellent user thinking and product planning capabilities, familiar with various growth methods, and have a deep understanding of growth strategies 3. Have good data awareness and analysis capabilities, be able to discover problems through data and guide iterations 4. Have meticulous logical thinking, strong sense of innovation and user empathy, and be able to keenly capture user needs 5. Have a certain ability to withstand pressure, excellent communication and expression, good self-drive and sense of cooperation, and be able to promote projects across teams and establish good cooperative relationships.
