Evaluation User Product Manager (Q&A Direction) - Life Service

1. Responsible for the product planning and design of Douyin Life Service Q&A system, formulate product strategies, and be responsible for user satisfaction and supply coverage of Q&A 2. Based on industry differences, deeply explore users Q&A needs, iterate Q&A consumption experience, including Q&A sorting strategies and function optimization, etc. 3. Promote the content production of Q&A, build an effective incentive system, and explore innovative models such as AI intelligent Q&A to improve the supply of Q&A 4. Work closely with R&D, design, operations and other horizontal teams to gain knowledge and continuous iteration based on data evaluation and benefits.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of experience in Internet products, experience in local life or e-commerce industry evaluation, Q&A products is preferred 2. Have good data awareness and analytical skills, be able to find problems through data and guide iteration 3. Have meticulous logical thinking, excellent communication and expression skills, and be able to work in a goal-oriented manner 4. Have a strong sense of innovation and user empathy, and be able to keenly capture user needs 5. Have a certain ability to withstand pressure, have good self-motivation and teamwork spirit, and be able to promote projects across teams and establish good cooperative relationships.
