Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the product construction on the user side of Douyin e-commerce promotion and daily marketing activities, and responsible for the user experience and transaction conversion related to promotion and activity gameplay, venue, and discounts 2. Pay attention to industry trends, continuously explore effective interactive gameplay on the user side, and drive the verification of revenue for upstream and downstream e-commerce combine business strategies, aggressively implement product capabilities, and continuously optimize activity efficiency 3. Pay attention to user experience, lead the design of related products from the user's perspective, collaborate across teams, and deeply link operations, algorithms, design and other roles to promote project implementation and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
1. 3 years or more of user product experience, with a strong interest in e-commerce, unique insights into e-commerce or content platforms, and experience in e-commerce/O2O/content communities is preferred 2. Have a good user perspective and product design ability, be able to deeply understand the essence of user needs, and formulate key product forms 3. Have strong data analysis ability, be able to discover product problems through data, and independently propose product solutions 4. Strong cross-team collaboration ability, excellent communication and expression skills, good interpersonal relationship management skills, strong sense of purpose and responsibility.
