Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the event operations of various platform-level promotions, including but not limited to event initiation, plan formulation, resource coordination, execution and implementation, result review, etc., responsible for GMV and ROI during the event period 2. Combine user needs and traffic conditions to explore effective event marketing methods, control event creativity and communication quality, and expand the influence of the event 3. Actively integrate high-quality internal and external resources, and fully align goals with collaborative departments to efficiently implement and execute established activity strategies 4. Effectively formulate and allocate budgets, track activity results, control investment promotion, product selection, and budget consumption pay attention to repeated summary, and precipitate the gameplay methodology of big promotions.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of platform e-commerce/O2O industry experience, more than 2 years of platform activity operation or user operation experience 2. Understand the characteristics, gameplay and industry status of shelves/short videos/live broadcasts, and be able to effectively combine content and shelves 3. High data sensitivity, good data analysis capabilities, able to independently complete data analysis and explore user needs and marketing scenarios 4. Have project management experience, can efficiently integrate internal and external resources, and work with multiple teams to achieve goals 5. Strong learning ability, good stress resistance and communication skills, strong self-driving force, and teamwork spirit.
