Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) (several posts) in the Department of Psychiatry, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 530513) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree, with at least 2 years work experience.They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese) good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills and IT proficiency. Experience in financial management would be an advantage.
The appointees will provide administrative support to mental health projects. He/She will manage human resources and financial matters provide secretarial support for meetings maintain effective communication within the project team coordinate project events including trainings, overseas tours, conferences and case assessment sessions keep track of all project documents assist in the development of protocols and guidelines and perform other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours may be required occasionally.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointments on fixed terms will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
