About the role
We are seeking a HR Executive/HR coordinator for the HR team in LD Waxson Taiwan office. The main focus of this role is to be responsible for payroll, payroll related HR operations, recruitment, employee relationship, and HR strategic projects initiation and execution. This role will collaborate with global HR colleagues, HR leaders and HQ management team.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire process from recruitment to exit/retirement.
Prepare HR related documents such as employment appointment letter, overall impression form etc.
Work closely with functional head, Business head to review, design and develop different kinds of recruitment strategies and assess the hiring efficiency regularly.
Liaise with different departments and line managers to have better understanding on their recruitment needs and requirements Ensure payroll process are conducted as specified and agreed in the annual payroll calendar.
Review and calculate all data required to generate payroll report i.e leaves, overtime, commissions etc.
Provide monthly Report, Quarterly report to global management team.
Perform HR operations like annual personal income tax submission, withholding, answer employee's inquiries etc.
Maintain all HR procedures, policies, manuals, handbook and other materials to ensure all documents are compliant with the law.
Provide a professional, end-to-end, HR Administration service to support employee lifecycle procedures and processes that are considered as adding value, measurable, directly tied to business objectives and aimed at increasing employee success and satisfaction Support the administration of employee benefits, health insurance, labor assurance ,NHI and pension process.
Responsible for HR activities and events for enhancing staff relations and engagement.
Newcomer onboarding orientation
Performance Management (End of year project) Conduct EWC meeting, Labor and employer meeting.
Headcount budget plan and control, manpower cost plan.
Revise and design the incentive scheme to motivate sales team and facilitate the C&B scheme by doing related analytics.
Conduct global ad-hoc HR project, such as employee satisfaction survey, Wipro run event etc.
Oversee the vendor contract management including contract renewal and vendor evaluation, vendors like headhunters, talent acquisition website etc.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or above
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource with solid C&B knowledge and incentive scheme management experience.
Familiar with Labour Standard Act and related regulations.
Personality and Skills
Ability to work cross functionally and globally by single HR.
Able to work independently and multitasking.
Proactive, accurate, flexible & adapt to changes, be determined to achieve the goal.
Be disciplined and have a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality.
Excellent in Microsoft Office tools.
Good command in both English and Mandarin, written or oral.
A Fast Learner with efficiency.
Familiar with FMCG industry, can fit in high-speed environment.
