Experience and Service - User Product Operations

1. Responsible for the C-end product operation of Douyin customer service, including but not limited to: user feedback mechanism construction, service strategy design, service experience optimization, etc. 2. In-depth understanding of Douyin's various businesses, while having a user perspective, designing service solutions based on user demands 3. Comprehensively collect various user feedback, and collaborate with multiple parties to build an acceptance mechanism with the goal of solving user problems 4. Determine key product operation indicators, establish a monitoring indicator system, find optimization space by analyzing product data and user feedback, and promote product improvement and iteration to improve product problem solving rate and user satisfaction.

1. More than 3 years of experience in Internet C-end products or operations, and have a good understanding of user experience 2. Understand the mainstream products in the market, have keen insight, and have good analytical insights into user experience 3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong stress resistance, strong sense of responsibility and motivation, and have certain project management experience.
