Experience Operation Leader

1. Responsible for the product experience operation of Douyin products, lead the team to establish product experience mechanism standards, build an experience indicator system, and improve experience operation capabilities 2. Insight into the pain points and needs of user experience, diagnose problems and propose systematic solutions, optimize rules, processes and products, and enhance core customer experience 3. Based on the understanding of products and users, carry out experience projects for core issues, combine walkthroughs, surveys, analysis and other methods to complete in-depth insights and optimization suggestions, and promote the implementation of optimization strategies 4. Establish a good cooperative relationship and collaboration mechanism with the business, and form an effective closed loop with the internal service system to jointly improve operational results.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of product, strategy, and operation related experience, with rich business and product awareness 2. Have excellent management ability, mission must be achieved, and can get challenging goals 3. Have the ability to think about problems systematically and outstanding organizational and coordination skills, and can promote cross-departmental collaboration from the perspective of global optimization 4. Have strong industry foresight and breakthrough innovation capabilities.
