Experience Operations

1. Responsible for the user experience of Douyin, and solve specific experience problems of different types of users 2. Able to integrate multi-dimensional complex information such as user behavior, data signals, business understanding, etc., understand user needs, and formulate systematic solutions 3. Collaborate with different teams such as product, R&D, and operations to promote implementation solutions.

1. Have deep insight, excellent analytical ability, and both user thinking and platform strategy thinking 2. Able to formulate systematic solutions, have excellent coordination and organizational skills, and promote the implementation of cross-team projects 3. Bachelor degree or above, no background restrictions, including but not limited to product operation/user operation/experience operation/consulting analysis, etc.
