Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the product planning and design of the Douyin experience platform project, including but not limited to experience evaluation, performance diagnosis, security testing and other platform services 2. In-depth business details, support business construction experience problem discovery process system, and based on the insight and understanding of the business, continuously optimize the platform service capabilities and user experience, implement platform solutions, and improve user satisfaction 3. Build efficient cross-team collaboration and project management processes, promote risk management and the implementation of improvement measures, and ensure that platform iteration and business delivery can be delivered continuously in quality and quantity 4. Pay attention to industry changes, understand industry trends, and explore and implement them in combination with experience platform projects.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with a background in technical disciplines, such as computer science, artificial intelligence or related majors 2. Have 3 years or more of product-related industry experience, have good product design capabilities, and have design experience in related product services such as R&D efficiency, data mining, etc. are preferred 3. Be sensitive to user experience, familiar with mainstream Internet products at home and abroad, familiar with user experience evaluation methods, and have relevant work experience in user research, experience optimization, etc. are preferred 4. Have strong communication skills (meet cross-department, cross-role, and cross-team communication) and logical thinking ability, and have strong stress resistance 5. Bonus points: have technical work experience such as development/testing/data analysis, hold PMP or Scrum certifications, have AI-related work experience, and have strong English reading and writing skills.
