This position is responsible for production scheduling and raw material planning,bonded material stock management for customs verification and to manage the replenishment flows from China sites to regional warehouses in EMEA/US.

Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for translating the mid & long-term planning into a detailed daily and weekly manufacturing schedule by taking into account the critical production parameters, such as production sequencing, product mix, expected availability date, capacity, etc.
- Responsible for the smooth implementation and on-time delivery of the daily/weekly/monthly schedules. When experiencing delays (i.e., production delay, machine breakdowns, etc.), connect with planning and manufacturing to develop scenarios, communicate to the relevant stakeholders, and adjust the schedule based on agreed priority.
- Accountable for raw material planning and call-off's. As the key contact point towards Procurement and Suppliers. Monitor the outstanding purchase/call-off orders and initiate proactive actions in case of potential supply risk.
- Play the critical role from supply planning for the bonded material stock management for the Customs verification process together with logistics team.
- Responsible for replenishment flow from China sites to regional warehouses in EMEA and NA regions.
- Manage inventory projection for regional warehouses and closely worked with long term supply planning group to optimize inventory level. Closely monitor supply demand balance in the regional warehouses and define inventory strategy into planning system (OMP and SAP).

You bring
- The job requires to act as the focal contact to oversee the production scheduling and raw material planning/call-off.
- The job requires to act as the focal contact to prepare bonded material information for customs verification.
- The job requires the flexibility to connect with overseas stakeholders on replenishment flow and AtP check in different time zone
- Fluent in English. Bachelor level or above, major in SC management is preferred.
- Good communication and collaboration, analytical skills, detailed-oriented and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in continuous improvement and planning software SAP and OMP is preferred.
