Facilities Assistant

The Security and Traffic Section of the Property Office is hiring: Facilities Assistant (File No.: 530416) (Employed on a two-year contract. The candidate will be hired upon expiration of the contract. The contract gratuity and the university's contributions stipulated in the MPF scheme will be awarded, which is 10% of the total salary if the work performance is satisfactory, the contract can be renewed)

Applicants must have the fifth grade degree or equivalent education, and more than four years of general office administrative work experience, able to speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English, have basic computer operation knowledge, be diligent and responsible.

The main duties of the recruit are to handle lost and found property, and they are also required to assist in other administrative tasks related to security and parking lot operations. Work five days per week and no less than 39 hours. The main working location is the main campus in Pok Fu Lam.
