Be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities, and performing analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and recommending/implementing improvements.
New project development and assessment.
Firefighting and building management relevant document control, inspection, regulation items follow up.
Support to manage/validate engineering, and Start-up for the facilities in perspective of the operation.
In this role you will:
Coordination of all relevant construction activities as required to ensure design issues have been resolved in time to facilitate the construction work.
Collaborate with the team to review construction drawings, contractor's quality and construction plan, material and equipment inspection reports, construction inspection and checking reports, system functional and operational testing reports, for compliance with specification and contractual design requirements.
Have well-being communication skills to be the window with the authorities.
Have strong teamwork mindset and positive motivation to dedication team.
Organizing Data & Track systems and updating it regularly to meet the documents control requirement.

>8yr experiences on fields of facility operation in semiconductor/chemical plants
Experienced construction management for semiconductor/chemical/ TFT-LCD plants
Operational knowledge of the machinery and associated tools
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations
Immense ability to analyze the data and present it in a graphical form
Expertise in working on the maintenance management software
Solid knowledge of Facility Mechanical Systems design and installation
MA or MS degree in Science or Engineering
Being fluent in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Skillful on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and Auto-CAD
