JR64990 Failure Analysis Sr. ManagerAs Failure Analysis Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for the management and development of direct reports to enable delivery of Yield, Quality, and support of other Site goals. You will be responsible for managing and improving performance by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build and execute strategies aligned to corporate strategic objectives.
- Provide the direction of event solution through electrical and physical analysis.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities.
- Other responsibilities include ensuring organizational compliance to company policies and regulations, as well as to departmental procedures, and providing organizational leadership for building and implementing department strategies, processes, and policy through active participation in functional teams and projects, as well as mentoring other functional leaders through collaboration and the development of sustainably successful solutions. Worldwide collaboration between OMT and Global/Central team, cross site support also needed. Site benchmarking and new tool evaluation, purchasing also included. Planning for new tool and talent pool to develop team member are one of teh responsibility.
- Assist with improving individual capability by conducting performance appraisals with team members to create goals and development plans.
