Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the procurement and sales of family planning supplies and medical equipment, responsible for the sales performance of the goods in charge, formulate category & brand planning for the category in charge, promote the breakthrough of the category from 0 to 1 and achieve sustainable growth 2. Have sufficient resources from brands and pallet suppliers, accelerate the introduction of advantageous customers and brands, consolidate the depth of category merchants, be responsible for negotiations and daily communication with suppliers and brands, sign procurement contracts, and optimize cooperation terms to ensure the interests of both parties 3. Fully coordinate and mobilize the resources of platforms and brands, lead and implement innovative projects such as category expansion, product innovation, new media marketing, and consumer operators 4. Understand the characteristics, gameplay and market structure of short video/live e-commerce, be good at analyzing operational data, and explore and create trendy hot items from the perspective of data and user needs to promote the optimization of product structure.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in procurement and sales of family planning products and medical equipment or merchant operations preferred 2. Formulate a complete category plan for category characteristics and industry trends, and implement it 3. Have good negotiation skills and customer management experience, especially KA brand management experience 4. Excellent data analysis and expression skills, good at discovering problems and opportunities from data, and leveraging brand resources.
