Job Description

The Service Team at Nova is looking for a job title to Super talent with high technical skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement, analyzes, diagnoses, evaluate and troubleshoots technical equipment problems, and support company systems in the field.
  • Maintain, support, and guide proper training to all users.
  • Maintain proper reporting methods for all activities of customer support as defined by the Territory Service Manager/Customer Support Manager.
  • Maintain company's parts inventory under the position's control.
  • Maintain proper level of stock in accordance with company spare parts tock policy, as set from time to time.
  • Assist in new equipment integration, add-ons, and upgrades.
  • Provide feedback to the headquarters based on experience gained with customers.

Requirements:

  • Completed training or studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering, chemistry or material background is a plus.
  • Understanding of electrical engineering.
  • Professional and clean room experience, ideally as a service technician in field service.
  • Business fluent knowledge of English.
  • Pleasure in working with demanding customers on site.
  • Ability to work independently and strong service mentality.
  • Willingness to learn highly complex technology.
  • Flexibility and high willingness to travelling.

  • Aggressive, able to work under high pressure.
  • Good customer service skills, interpersonally skills.
