Responsibilities
1. BP with a comprehensive perspective of the life service business, responsible for financial analysis and business direction has the opportunity to deeply participate in the core discussions and management meetings of the business, taking into account the breadth and depth of business support 2. Responsible for formulating and managing the annual budget of the life service business, including various budget indicators such as revenue, cost, and expenses regularly track and analyze the budget execution, promptly identify deviations and make adjustment suggestions, and provide decision-making support for the business 3. Responsible for BP support work in some business directions, and provide financial solutions for relevant departments and modules 4. Have an in-depth understanding of the life service business model and operation process, and provide accurate and timely financial data analysis and suggestions for the business team assist the business team in formulating business strategies and development plans, provide professional opinions from a financial perspective, and promote sustainable business development 5. Responsible for periodic business review, insight into business/industry pain points, and output special financial analysis reports 6. Have an in-depth understanding of business logic and the correlation between key business indicators and financial indicators, explore and summarize the key business drivers behind financial performance, and refine phased financial analysis methodology and financial risk issues.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of relevant working experience in finance, including financial BP, financial analysis, financial strategy and other functional experience as a must, overseas business or project experience is a plus 2. Have a sense of responsibility, excellent business understanding, strong self-drive and a mentality of continuous growth, and adapt to a multicultural working environment 3. Have framework thinking ability, be able to independently collect data and analyze information, gain insight into key issues, and develop and implement solutions 4. Have outstanding data analysis and problem-solving skills, and be good at converting complex financial data into easy-to-understand insights and suggestions At the same time, have excellent communication and coordination skills, and effective cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
