Responsibilities
1. As a financial BP, follow up on the business planning and daily progress of the business side, be responsible for the collection, preparation and review of the required budget, track the budget execution, analyze the rationality of the business side's operating data, assist the business team to update the target setting, and continuously prepare the rolling budget 2. Assist the team to complete various analysis tasks: Such as output management reports, profitability analysis, special analysis, etc., find meaningful analysis angles and topics, prompt financial risks and cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities, pay attention to and understand industry and product trends, and provide financial perspective suggestions for business decisions 3. Participate in the review of new business projects on the business side, such as assisting the business in preparing profit models, judging rationality, proposing risk points and solutions 4. Daily financial support, review and approve financial matters involved in the business (including but not limited to project establishment, procurement, contracts, etc.), control financial risks, and make reasonable optimization suggestions as needed 5. Other financial BP related work.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of financial related work experience: experience in budget management/business analysis/operation analysis/data analysis in related industries, and experience in financial BP is preferred solid foundation in finance, and can skillfully solve financial and tax problems of the business 2. Have strong learning ability, can quickly adapt to changes, have independent thinking ability, have judgment on complex things, continue to maintain curiosity about the business, have considerable sensitivity and insight into data and indicator changes, and are willing to actively explore the motivations behind them 3. Have good communication skills, team spirit, work attitude, learning ability, can be self-driven and result-oriented, and have strong delivery capabilities 4. Proficient in using office software such as Excel and PPT, and have strong data processing and processing capabilities (SQL, Python, etc.) Experience is even better.
