- Conduct and summarize all management reports required by Parent Company and perform necessary analysis.
- Handle all ad hoc data/reports required by Parent Company or questions from Parent Company
- Work with the team on project assigned
- Engage in financial reporting systems setup and enhancement and financial process continuous improvement
- Prepare PBC to and cooperate with internal and external auditors
- Execute job assignments from the manager
- Work experience: 2 years of FP&A experience is a Plus
- Education: Bachelors degree in accounting / finance
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing
- T ool/Skill:
- SAP or Hyperion experience is a Plus;
- Good in Excel/Word/PowerPoint, with Power BI experience is a Plus
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure
- Ability to manage a high volume of data and meet tight deadlines
- Good logical thinking and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with people across different departments, functions, and countries
