Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Taipei City at NTUST. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. Your day-to-day tasks will include financial planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive financial strategies and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
