Finance - Senior Accountant

We are looking for a highly motivated and engaged personality with independent working style. In this role you will be a team member of the Finance department Accounting team and reporting directly to the assistant Manager.

This role is located in TW where the production and team resides.

Main Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
2. Prepare, review and analyze monthly financial statements according to group procedures and local GAAP
3. Timely file WTH, CIT return and VAT to follow statutory compliance,
4. Involve in financial audits and prepare annual financial statements for external reporting and audit purposes raised by tax authority, CPA and government,
5. Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and support Group auditor requests,
6. Improve and maintain an efficient internal control system for the entity,
7. Suggest improvements and support project implementation for system automation and process optimization
8. Fulfill ad hoc requests and other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
2. Minimum 5-7 years working experience in accounting
3. Knowledge of TW local GAAP, taxation and other regulatory requirements
4. Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
5. A strong attention to detail and independent working style
6. Well organized, being responsible, resilient and stress resistant
7. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
8. Experience with SAP S4Hana is a strong plus
9. Fluency in English is a must.
