Financial Legal BP - Payment Business

1. Responsible for the establishment of a legal compliance system for payment business, and conduct legal evaluation and recommendations on various payment businesses and products 2. Responsible for the drafting, review and modification of agreements and other legal texts 3. Participate in business negotiations and related dispute resolution, and assist in handling business-related complaints, litigation and other legal disputes 4. Sort out and continuously optimize the review mechanisms such as agreements and systems to help streamline processes and control legal risks 5. Provide legal compliance consultation and support to various departments, and cooperate in legal knowledge training.

1. Bachelor degree or above in law, proficient in English communication, negotiation and writing skills 2. More than 5 years of relevant legal work experience, those familiar with cross-border payment business are preferred 3. Have rigorous and comprehensive logical judgment and analysis skills, teamwork, and be able to fully understand the legal support and risk control points required for product business 4. Excellent communication and execution skills, can quickly and effectively complete work and summarize, and can make timely judgments and handle urgent matters.
