Financial Product Designer (Expert)

1. Responsible for the product design of ByteDance consumer finance products, with a strong business perspective and user experience perspective 2. Possess excellent logical thinking ability, ensure the high-quality implementation of product solutions, and continuously track and iterate 3. Pay attention to business data, have certain data analysis insights, and discover product design opportunities 4. Have certain project organization capabilities, strong driving force, and focus on teamwork.

1. Bachelor degree or above in design, more than 3 years of product design experience, with mature works 2. Experience in mobile product design, proficient in making high-fidelity interactive prototypes, and pay attention to design details 3. Able to continuously innovate in common product design methods to improve user experience 4. Strong learning ability, interested in the current popular mobile product design 5. Strong logical thinking, high initiative, long-term product cooperation experience, good at communication and summary, and good writing skills 6. Experience in financial-related product design is preferred.
