Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise fixed assets management to ensure accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance
2. Lead the team to streamline the process through digital transformation
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with auditors and external stakeholders
4. Implement accounting system and train new staff for overseas subsidiaries
5. Train and develop the team to ensure optimal performance
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 10+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
3. Logical thinking, multitasking abilities to manage complexity and dynamic demands
4. Experience with fixed asset management
5. CPA certification preferred
6. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
7. Global working experience in public companies is preferred
8. Fluent in English and Mandarin
9. Effective skills required: communication, project management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
10. Possess utmost integrity, a strong knowledge of accounting principles/regulations, and financial acumen
11. Able to work cross-functionally under pressure in a fast-paced high-tech environment
12. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
