Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the strategic operation of FMCG merchants/products. By expanding investment promotion and merchant growth mechanism construction, the scale will promote the positive transition of merchants, improve the willingness and ability of merchants to operate on Douyin, and explore the merchant operation methodology 2. Based on the analysis of business problems, produce innovative merchant growth solutions that are in line with the Douyin ecosystem and promote their implementation 3. Have an in-depth understanding of industry characteristics and user needs, classify and grade products and formulate corresponding strategies and product construction, integrate resources inside and outside the site to build a growth mechanism for the entire life cycle of products, and link the industry to promote merchants to launch new products on the platform and continuously incubate hot products.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of e-commerce or Internet operation experience, have a strong understanding of merchants and goods, and have relevant work experience in the e-commerce industry/merchant product strategy/mid-back-end operation/e-commerce operator, etc. is preferred 2. Understand the business perspective of merchants, be able to see the essence, and dig out core problems and provide solutions from the full chain of merchant operations, including but not limited to live broadcast, shelves, users, marketing and other dimensions 3. Good logical thinking, data awareness, strong learning ability, can continuously summarize, precipitate and innovate in practice, and can coordinate and integrate resources, and strongly promote the implementation of all parties through effective project management.
